The launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is set to bring major changes to Warzone, including the introduction of the Omnimovement system and new game mechanics that promise to revolutionize the Battle Royale experience.
With the integration of Black Ops 6, players can look forward to new movement systems, a revamped classic inventory, and exclusive mastery camos for Warzone. Here’s a detailed look at all the exciting new features coming your way.
Omnimovement and Infinite Tac Sprint
One of the biggest additions is the Infinite Tac Sprint, which is activated through a new feature dedicated to melee weapons. Once Black Ops 6 is integrated, players can equip a melee weapon in a dedicated slot, freeing up the secondary weapon slot. Activating this weapon during a match will trigger an unlimited Tac Sprint, perfect for quick escapes or zooming across the map.
Additionally, the iconic Omnimovement system from Black Ops 6 will make its way into Warzone. This system offers a full range of 360-degree movement, allowing players to slide, dive, and move in all directions, opening up new strategic possibilities in the Battle Royale.
Classic Inventory System and Loot Changes
Warzone will also be making a return to its classic inventory system. The backpacks introduced in Warzone 2 will be removed, reverting to a simpler inventory management system akin to Verdansk. This means players will have to make more strategic choices since they won’t be able to hoard as many items.
Additionally, Satchels are making a comeback, increasing the carrying capacity for armor plates and ammo. This change, coupled with the return of the classic inventory system, should bring a nostalgic touch while optimizing resource management in-game.
Mastery Camos and Classic Prestige
For the first time, Warzone will feature its own mastery camos, with unique challenges to unlock these exclusive rewards. Available camos include Gold Tiger, King’s Ransom, and more, each offering a distinctive look for the most dedicated players.
Alongside the camos, the classic Prestige system from Black Ops 6 will also be integrated into Warzone. Players can level up and unlock unique rewards with each new Prestige, although their level will reset with each new season.
