The developers of Deadlock are actively working on a new anti-cheat software following the detection of aimbot usage during test sequences. This news has sparked curiosity among players, eager to know if Deadlock will employ the famous Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC) or another tool to combat cheaters.

Although the game doesn’t yet have an official release date, Deadlock is already one of the most anticipated titles on Steam, amassing thousands of eager fans. Rumors and discussions about its features, including its anti-cheat system, continue to grow.

Following the end of the Deadlock test confidentiality agreement in September 2024, numerous gameplay videos began circulating online. He confirmed that Valve is working on an anti-cheat solution, emphasizing that it’s one of their main priorities.

Valve’s choice for Deadlock is not yet confirmed, fueling speculation about other alternatives to maintain online gameplay integrity.
