To make up for the inconvenience, Ubisoft is offering affected players a Trailblazer charm in-game and 100 Ubisoft Connect units. These loyalty points can be redeemed for in-game rewards or discounts in the Ubisoft store. The charm can be collected from the Trailblazer delivery crate once you reach Toshara.
Ubisoft has also sent an email to affected players to express their regrets and explain how to claim the compensation. The Ubisoft Connect units will be credited to players’ accounts promptly.
However, not all players feel this compensation is sufficient. Some believe that the 100 Ubisoft Connect units and the charm fall short in making up for lost time, particularly for those who have invested dozens of hours into the game.
