A user going by the name Thisisnotanaccount on the streaming platform Kick has shared gameplay of their early copy of the PS5 version of Star Wars: Outlaws, revealing the different graphics modes available for consoles.
The leaked gameplay images show that Star Wars: Outlaws will offer three graphics modes: Quality, Favor Quality, and Performance. Regarding image quality, the Quality mode provides a near-native 4K resolution (2160p). The Favor Quality mode likely retains the graphical settings of the Quality mode but at a lower resolution. Finally, the Performance mode, as often seen on new-generation consoles, probably runs at a native resolution of 1440p or lower.

Graphic Modes in Star Wars: Outlaws
Concerning performance, the Quality mode targets a refresh rate of 30 fps. The Favor Quality mode aims for a refresh rate of 40 fps and is only available on displays that support a 120 Hz refresh rate. The Performance mode, on the other hand, targets a refresh rate of 60 fps.
Additionally, the review embargo for Star Wars: Outlaws is set to lift on Monday, August 26, 2024, at 5 am PT / 2 pm CET, which is four days before the official release scheduled for August 30, 2024. Fans will soon get to read critics’ reviews on Kay Vess’s adventure as she puts together a crew for a massive heist to repay a crime syndicate.
Moreover, preloading for the game will be available on the PlayStation Store two days before launch, on August 28, 2024, with the latest update pre-installed for those who pre-ordered a digital copy. A day-one update might also be rolled out on August 30, 2024.
