Zenless Zone Zero 1.2 is just around the corner, bringing a slew of new features and improvements for HoYoverse’s gacha game fans. Expect two new S-Rank characters and fresh events to enhance your gaming experience.

Release Date for Zenless Zone Zero 1.2

Zenless Zone Zero 1.2 is set to go live on Wednesday, September 25th, right after the usual maintenance period. Players in Europe can start playing at 5 AM (CEST), while US players can access the update starting on Tuesday, September 24th at 11 PM (ET).

• US (East): September 24, 11 PM (ET)
• US (Central): September 24, 10 PM (CT)
• US (West): September 24, 8 PM (PT)
• Australia: September 25, 1 PM (AET)
• Japan: September 25, 12 PM (JST)
• UK: September 25, 4 AM (BST)
• Europe: September 25, 5 AM (CEST)

Zenless Zone Zero 1.2 Banner Details

This update will feature two new playable S-Rank characters, Caesar and Burnice. They will appear on separate banners during version 1.2.

Phase 1: Caesar

The first phase will introduce Caesar, a physical defense character from the Sons of Calydon, featured in the Ember-Crowned Overlord banner. The following A-Rank characters will be boosted:

• Anton (Electric, Attack)
• Piper (Physical, Anomaly)

Caesar’s banner will be available from September 25 to October 16.

Phase 2: Burnice

The second phase will feature Burnice, an S-Rank character specializing in fire anomalies, also from the Sons of Calydon. Her banner, Born to Burn, will include the following characters:

• Lucy (Fire, Support)
• Nicole (Ether, Support)

Burnice’s banner will be available from October 16 to November 5.

New W-Engines

Along with the new characters, version 1.2 will bring two new S-Rank W-Engines. Tusks of Fury, Caesar’s signature weapon, will be available during Phase 1, while Flamemaker Shaker, Burnice’s signature weapon, will be available during Phase 2.
